Chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) is one of the most common pathological conditions in neurology. It does not have absolutely clear pathogenetic and clinical boundaries, including a whole range of diseases, and syndromes that accompany chronic forms of cerebrovascular accidents. The variability of the clinical manifestations of CCI is due to the difference in the mechanisms and syndromes of damage to the nervous system. The disease is chronic cerebral ischemia, stroke, chronic microcirculatory disorders, and dyscirculatory encephalopathy.
