Journal of Environmental Health Research
https://jehr-online.org/index.php/jehr

Journal of Environmental Health Research is devoted to the rapid publication of research in environmental health, acting as a link between the diverse research communities and practitioners in environmental health. Published articles encompass original research papers, technical notes and review articles. JEHR publishes articles on all aspects of the interaction between the environment and human health. This interaction can broadly be divided into three areas: 1. The natural environment and health– health implications and monitoring of air, water, and soil pollutants and pollution and health improvements and air, water, and soil quality standards; 2. The built environment and health – occupational health and safety, exposure limits, monitoring and control of pollutants in the workplace, and standards of health; and 3.Infectious diseases – disease spread, control and prevention, food hygiene and control, and health aspects of rodents and insects.
en-USJournal of Environmental Health Research1477-9315INFLUENCE OF THE ENVIRONMENT ON HUMAN HEALTH
https://jehr-online.org/index.php/jehr/article/view/76

Currently, environmental problems are increasing in the world. The article provides a review of the literature on the impact of environmental pollution on public health. The negative influence of various factors on health indicators and their role in the development of various diseases, such as diseases of the nervous system, blood and hematopoietic organs, respiratory organs, complications of pregnancy and childbirth, diseases of the circulatory system, and malignant neoplasms, have been
studied. Environmental pollution affects human health in a wide variety of ways and can practically affect through all areas of human contact with it. The atmosphere and hydrosphere are the most mobile environments and the spread of pollution through
them, especially its chemical elements, is much more active than through the biosphere.
Alimbekova L.UBuvayeva D.KKamolova F.Е Matmusaeva S. 2024-01-302024-01-3031IRON DEFICIENCY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE
https://jehr-online.org/index.php/jehr/article/view/73

Relevance. In chronic heart failure (CHF), anemia is an independent risk factor for death. However, there are few data on the frequency of anemia and iron deficiency in patients with CHF.
The aim of the study was to study the frequency of anemia and iron deficiency in patients with CHF who are being treated in a therapeutic hospital.
Material and methods. A total of 150 patients with CHF of the III–IV functional class (FC), mean age 72.5±7.8 years, were examined. A general blood test was performed with the calculation of erythrocyte indices, the content of iron, ferritin, transferrin in the blood, as well as the saturation of transferrin with iron were determined.
Results. Mild anemia was detected in 26.5% of the examined patients, iron deficiency-in 72.1%. The incidence of anemia in FC IV CHF was significantly higher than in FC III CHF; iron deficiency was equally common in both groups. Hypoferremia was detected in 38.6% of patients: 34 patients with FC II-I, 26 patients with FC IV. The average ferritin level was less than 100 mcg /l and did not differ statistically in the groups (in FC III CHF – 46.64 ± 28.72mcg/L, in FC IV-45.63±25.90 mcg/L). With an increase in FC IV CHF transferrin, the iron saturation of transferrin is statistically significantly lower.
Conclusions. In patients with FC III–IV CHF, anemia is noted in a quarter of cases, with FC IV CHF more often than with FC III CHF. Iron deficiency is much more common – in 3/4 of patients, regardless of FC.
Jarylkasynova G.J.Akhmedova G.I.

https://jehr-online.org/index.php/jehr/article/view/74

Оphthalmic rosacea is characterized by a variety of clinical manifestations. One of the most common forms of ophthalmic rosacea is corneal damage in the form of rosacea-keratitis and rosacea-corneal ulcer (up to 30% of all cases). Corneal damage is usually bilateral, accompanied by a significant decrease in visual functions, while the severity of eye damage often does not correlate with the severity of skin manifestations of rosacea.
Abdullaev Sherzod Rahmatovich
